Restaurant Niran, the second gem of La Perla Hotel, exuded the enchanting flavors of Pan-Asian cuisine. Our passion for excellence was evident in the weekly arrival of 60-80 kg of premium tuna from Japan, showcased through captivating tuna-show-cutting experiences.

With seating for 35 indoors and 40 outdoors, the restaurant's open kitchen and serene bamboo garden created an inviting atmosphere. To ensure an authentic dining experience, we carefully selected exquisite plates ordered especially for this project from Japan.

Driven by a relentless pursuit of culinary innovation, we embraced the art of fermentation, crafting our own miso paste, vinegars, and cultivating koji. This commitment to craftsmanship allowed us to offer distinctive and extraordinary dishes that left a lasting impression on our discerning guests.
