My path to the profession of my dreams took some time. I worked in a bank, in real estate and in industrial business company, but one day I quit and start my way to the “stars”.

After wining the first MasterChef show in Russia, achieving Le Cordon Bleu school in Paris, working with one of the best Italian Chef in Moscow Mirco Zago, creating my own company of private chefs service, I realized that I need to learn from the best and I went to work to restaurant #1 in the world Noma, Copenhagen.

I gained confidence and knowledge and started to work as a Chef in Moscow. Since then I went to Montenegro to open 6 different projects as an Executive Chef. Traveled Tokyo for work, inspiration and mind expansion. And returned to my motherland Armenia to revisit the culinary traditions and pay tribute to my roots.

Now I am based in Portugal, but working all over the world with different projects, seeking for new experience and challenges.
