Fresh from my enriching internship at the esteemed two Michelin-starred restaurant Noma in Copenhagen, I brought back a wealth of knowledge and inspiration.

At 'Pipe' Restaurant, I artfully crafted a menu that showcased my own unique culinary perspective, skillfully blending elements of Italian and French classic cuisine.
