It is a nice spot with nice concept. It’s all about James Cook and his travel around the world. It is exactly what we are doing when we are going to Italian restaurant in Frence, or in Japaneese restaurant in New York. I was working with it’s wonderful team to develop the concept of food travel. That’s why you can find in the menu very traditional dishes from different counties, such as Portuguese Pastel de Nata, Peruvian Tiradito, Japanese Ramen, Belgium Waffles, Vietnamese spring rolls and Pho Bo and so on.
