Together with the team, I had the privilege of spearheading a one-of-a-kind restaurant venture in a charming village, located just an hour away from the Armenian capital. In this role, I was entrusted with creating an innovative menu concept and overseeing the restaurant's successful startup.
Furthermore, I had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with Mads Refslund, the founding chef of Noma, to elevate the local culinary traditions. Our joint efforts aimed not only to enhance the region's cooking techniques but also to place Armenia firmly on the global culinary map.
