In Cafe RuleI had the pleasure of crafting a delightful culinary concept and menu with a French accent. Nestled on the renowned wine street of the city, the cafe boasted a charming and cozy terrace with 25 seats, inviting guests to savor the essence of French cuisine in a serene ambiance.
Drawing inspiration from classic French gastronomy, I curated a menu brimming with exquisite dishes like Pâté en Croûte, Foie Gras pate, croquettes, and tartars. In addition to these French delights, I also included a selection of Mediterranean dishes, creating a harmonious fusion of flavors that left a lasting impression on our esteemed patrons.
